The Principles That
Guide Everything We Do

P61 is built on a deep conviction that every person carries potential, dignity, and worth. This belief shapes how we show up — in every nation, at every table, with every person we work alongside.

Support — Not Dependency

We build relationships, not reliance. Every person we work alongside is treated as someone with the capacity to contribute — not as a passive recipient. Our goal is always local ownership and long-term sustainability.

Empower — Dignity First

Before we deliver any program, we recognise the individual. A child in Sri Lanka is not "a case number" — they are a young person with potential. A woman in Myanmar is not "a statistic" — she is a leader in the making.

Release — Local Roots, Global Reach

From Kenya to Sri Lanka, Burundi to Myanmar, India to Ethiopia — we operate through trusted local relationships. We don't parachute in. We build over time, with people who know their communities best, and release them to lead.

What We Stand For

We believe every human being carries inherent worth and unique potential. We don't see broken communities. We see communities that haven't yet had the right conditions to thrive. That belief is not a slogan — it's the reason we cross oceans, sit at tables, and stay when others leave.
